She
is a Public Accountant member (PA) with the Malaysian Institute
of Accountants. She has worked for KPMG in England for 7
years and then KPMG in Singapore for 2 years.
Jacqueline
has 20 years of Corporate Financial experience and Corporate
networking in Malaysia. In Corporate Finance, she majors
in Mergers and Acquisitions, Financial Structuring and Modeling,
and Privatizations.
She
was a Director of a company that represented DC Gardner
of the UK in Malaysia (1994-95), which was acquired subsequently
by Euromoney. DC Gardner was a firm of Financial Training
Consultants for Banks and Financial Institutions. She has
organized various specialized banking training programs
for most of the banks and financial institutions, such as
: Capital Markets, Bonds, Project Financing, Derivatives,
Business Ratings & Credit Evaluation, Private Debt Securities.

was a Founder, Director and Partner of a boutique Investment
Banking firm based in Malaysia. She has served as Financial
Advisor on various national and international Infrastructure
Privatization projects (1995 - 2000): power plants, airports,
highways, telecommunications, dams and pipelines. She has

Calvin
has over seven years of corporate and business consulting
experience while serving with Arthur Andersen & Co., Kuala
Lumpur.
He
then specializes in distressed company consulting in the provision

and profitability.
He
has also served for over five years as the Head of the Corporate
Finance department of a leading stock-broking institution
in Kuala Lumpur. His principal involvement then covers public

financing, venture capital, corporate debt restructuring and
mergers and acquisitions.
He

Young has 25 years of experience in Structural Engineering
Design and Construction of commercial, light and heavy industrial
buildings and structures.
Since 1975, he has worked for 3 years as a Design Engineer
for Genstar Structures Ltd. (a major precast/prestressed concrete
contractor), designing precast and prestressed concrete components
for a variety of commercial and industrial buildings.
He
then worked 7 years for Swan Wooster Engineering Co. Ltd.
(a large consulting engineering firm), as a Structural Design
Engineer and later Project Structural Engineer, in their Heavy
Industrial Department. Major projects completed during this
period included: two Pulp & Paper Mill Expansions, a Pulp
& Paper Mill Modernization, a Petroleum Refinery Regeneration
Tower--Seismic Upgrade and an Advanced Light Rapid Transit
(ALRT) System. In 1981, the company was the recipient of an
American Prestressed Concrete Institute award for a precast/prestressed
concrete building, for which he was responsible for the design/design
supervision of the precast/prestressed concrete super-structure.
In
1985, he established his own consulting structural engineering
practice, under the name Capital Engineering Limited, in British
Columbia, Canada. For the next 15 years, he completed over
300 small projects in Canada, Venezuela and the Caribbean.
In
July 2000, he became a co-founder and Director of Digital
Hub Sdn. Bhd. He now focuses his efforts in the development

Norsaidatul has had extensive experience working, relationships
with the government and companies, institutions of higher

and multimedia, both as an academic as well as at a professional

She
has served with the Ministry of Finance (8 years) for the
work involving R&D, consulting and advisory relating to
performance budgeting, manpower planning and computerization
of government agencies. She has lectured at the National Institute
of Public Administration on topics relating to management
science, operations research, IT and software applications
for about 2 years. She has lectured on management science
and operations research at University of Malaya for about
a year before pursuing a PHD in 1993.
She
was appointed to head the Strategic Unit of the Multimedia
Development Corporation for 3 years since 1996. During this
period, she worked with the relevant government Ministries
in developing the MSC incentives for companies and institutions
of higher learning. She also organised business forums and
seminars, provide strategic papers to government, companies
and also to the public on issues relating to IT and multimedia,
including tax, legal, human resource, economic investments,
SME support and financing. She also has been invited to provide
awareness to the public by providing IT knowledge through
TV Talk Shows, Radio interviews, press release and magazines.
In
February 1998, she was asked to Head the Executive Chairman’s
office and support the work of the Executive Chairman.
In
February 1999, her responsibilities were broadened to include
the set up of the first incubator in Cyberjaya, called the
MSC Central Incubator. After her success in bringing IT and
multimedia companies in the incubator, she was then later
asked to also managed the National Incubator Network, which
comprises of existing and new incubators nationwide.
As
the Managing Director or Head of the MSC Central Incubator,
she has developed tools for Entrepreneur Development Programs
and also set up business and IT shared services to be extended
to the other incubators in the National Incubator Network.
On this job, she has been able to attract investors and venture
capitalist, associations and Chambers, local and international
heads of government, top government officials and many formal
G to G organisations and NGOs to visit the incubator.
She
has won numerous awards including The Best Student in Public
Administration Diploma Course, Excellence Service awards at
Ministry of Finance, Public Service Department and Multimedia
Development Corporation.
Her
latest working experience covers consultancy work involving
various strategic planning issues, relating to business plans,
business development, strategic marketing, and entrepreneur
development as well as incubator management.
She
has contributed materials and published books on the Multimedia
Super Corridor written by the Malaysian Prime Minister. She
has conducted and spoken at numerous workshops, seminars and
conferences held locally and internationally. She is the author
of two books entitled:
